Welcome to Bassfolio! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Bassfolio is a community-driven database for car audio enthusiasts.

1. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must register. You can do this via your Google account or by creating a standard account with an email and password. We take security seriously: passwords for standard accounts are encrypted and are not accessible to platform administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the photos and data you upload. However, by uploading content to Bassfolio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content. You guarantee that your photos do not contain nudity, violence, or illegal acts.

3. PRO Installers

Bassfolio provides a list of PRO Installers for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of work of any installer. Any engagement with a PRO Installer is strictly between you and the installer.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bassfolio is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages to your audio equipment, vehicle, or hearing resulting from the use of information found on this platform. The dB scores and technical specifications are user-submitted and may not be verified.

5. Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately for removal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data, or upload malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Contact & Feedback

We value your input. If you have questions, technical issues, or suggestions, you can contact us directly through the 'Feedback' form available in the user menu. This is the official channel for user inquiries.

8. Content Moderation & Termination

We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any project, photo, or data that contains nudity, violence, hate speech, or is deemed low-quality/irrelevant, without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
